  A bad taste has been left in my mouth... this taste could have been gotten rid of or avoided if I was served the correct amount of meat in my sub. It is certainly an unwritten rule (but I do hope it's written) in a 12" ham and turkey sub you get as standard 4 slices of each meat. Well it seems the sandwich "artist" either can't count or likes to break the rules, as he served me with 3 slices of turkey. I understand this seems a pathetic thing to complain about, but its happened multiple times, most of which by the owner of the store (which is even worse, its a very clear indication for little care for their customers). To me a big reason to go to subway isn't just for the tasty subs, but more so for the anticipation and lucky feeling of getting extra meat served in your subs, sadly a rare occurrence but one that has continuously pushed me to keep going to the franchise. Well to instead receive a lesser amount of meat in my sub has truly ruined that experience. To the business owner, a returning and happy customer is far more profitable then saving a few slices of meat!

  Happy who served me tonight, was very friendly and had excellent customer service. I love this subway and happy he’s very nice

  Ordered on deliveroo from this store and had peppers added to every item even though we never asked for them?
