  Visited this place after many years with my son straight after school run. The inside of the place looked miserable, no background music it was dead silent. Tables where not clean, had bits of bread crumbs, floor was also peppered in food crumbs etc. I ordered a footlong spicy & a footlong ham for my son.. The breads were not fresh! Stale! My son’s sandwich had a questionable tase to it.. he didn’t eat it all. I had a try & it didn’t taste right. For some reason the cookies were scented with onions that was off putting that could be down to trays & grease liners not being washed properly with soap & hot water taking on the taste from other pots & pans with left over ingredients. The over counter fridge where you select your ingredients was messy with ingredients peppered everywhere. Not hard to get a cloth & wipe surfaces & tables down. Grab a brush & sweep the floor! Especially when there was no one in the restaurant apart from me & my son. Staff member wasn’t particularly friendly or rude, she was just there to serve. She did add to the dull atmosphere in the restaurant though.. you could tell she just wanted to do her job & go. Shame really!! This place was amazing a few years back. Not sure what happened to it.

  Couldn’t fulfill my app order or provide a refund. Arrived at the collection time, lad behind the till told me it’s currently being made it would be ready in a minute. 10 minutes later he then told me they don’t have the bread!

  What can I say waited over 19 mins for a cold potato with the wrong filling cheerfully chucked on top .. when I mentioned I didn’t want the topping she slammed it fun and walked off …. Had to call her back as couldn’t wait any longer Had to put it in the oven to eat it second time I’ve had cold jp and only had it twice
