    Visited Northampton again after a year and had to stop by Subway. Loved the clean, modern, fancy look and the fresh food. Great experience!

    Both male and female staff were incredibly rude. I ordered a taco beef footlong which was smaller than my 6 inch sub. I raised this with them but they were rude, speaking in their own language while watching me eat and making comments. Neither of them wore gloves or hair nets while preparing my food, which was also poorly made. I was the only white person which the pair were incredibly rude too. They turned their noses up on me and called me disgusting. With the level of poor customer service, I’d advise against coming to this subway. This woman just got very hostile to me shouting in my face telling me to get out that I’m not welcome, kept swearing at me and being nasty, which I have on videos.
