  Delivery driver review I had the misfortune of collecting an order from this establishment this afternoon. I’m rather taken aback by the aggressive manner in which an older lady told me there are no orders ready and I will have to wait. The way she spoke to me suggests she sees delivery drivers as beneath her. She shouldn’t be working in a service position. A shame , as the rest of the staff in there are great. I asked another staff member if there could be any reason for the aggression in the way she spoke to me. They didn’t reply, but did give me a knowing look, fully suggesting that this lady gets like this often. The only recourse I have is to leave this review. Delivery drivers are not “beneath” those that work in fast food. I think her elevated sense of importance needs knocking down a peg or two. A quick read of the other reviews. Suggest that her name is Juliet - and I am clearly not the only person with this complaint.

  Love this Subway as they are helpful and quick but I will no longer use it as I ordered 4 tubs of meatballs and asked for Southwest sauce on them. I was told that I needed to pay 50p a pot as it was an extra. Use Subway daily and it is the only outlet that has asked me to pay extra. Retail park at Warrington is 3 miles further down the road and even though it is dirtier I go there.

  Food is great, very slow service. One lady is extremely rude. Also shocked she left an elderly woman stood waiting to get served for 30 mins because she was busy.

  I have ordered from this place about 8 times and 8 times they have delivered upwards of 1 hour to 1 hour 30. I have ordered from the next town over and it's been on time yet this place every single time is late. 1 star is justified for this poor service of multiple failures.
