  Wasn’t very pleasant but the staff know who I am now so it was a little more bearable but some still shuffled around knowing what they were doing

  I’ve just come in here to get a sandwich and was really impressed with the staff. 3 young lads, all smiling, polite, interacting really nicely with all the customers. Also quick and efficient and made a great sub. Thanks gents!

  SCOTT DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE WITH A MEDICAL DISABILITY. HIS ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING. HE GIVES THE PLACE A BAD NAME. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SPOKEN TO WITH SUCH DISRESPECT WHEN I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER. WE NEEDED TO USE THE TOILET BEFORE GETTING OUR SANDWICHES AND SCOTT SAID WE HAD TO ASK NICELY LIKE WE WAS LITTLE CHILDREN HE THEN PROCEEDED TO BE DISGUSTING IN HIS MANNER OF SPEAKING TO US. SUBWAY AND HIS STAFF MEMBERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OFF HIM.

  Always get excellent service here. Lovely bunch of staff, always polite and efficient. The manager is top notch and makes the BEST sandwich ever. The store is always lovely and clean too. Can highly recommend the Newton branch 🙂

  Nothing wrong with the food, just the people serving it. Customer service is beyond terrible, my wife was stood waiting to order and was RUDLEY called over as she was not stood in the exact location to start her order. On top of that, she was then told to look at the large sign directing here as to where to order, attempting to humiliating her in front of the whole shop. It didn’t work as all other customers could also see the staff were being rude. Food was acceptable but the staff are not nice at all, subway should act appropriately as they have a good name to keep up
