    Ordered through Deliveroo. After 2 hours didn't hear from them. Didn't pick up phone after ringing multiple times. Food still didn't arrive

    I Placed a pickup order here through the app for a gluten free sub and happy to see that all the ingredients inside the sub were in appropriate quantities. Neither a lot nor very less and that made my sub delicious Happy to see that such subways still exist. Moreover both the girls working there treated me with a smiley face while i went there to pick up my order.

    On multiple occasions I have ordered through the app for collection, just for the shop to be closed with no staff members hours before they are advertised online and on the front door to close upon arrival despite not being notified of closure on the app, Ive lost quite a bit of money now as refunds are not offered or refused. Whats the point of having opening hours when staff close and leave whenever they feel like it? I expect a resolution.
