  Wow…ordered from Just Eat after craving a subway salad and got exactly what I was craving after work. I even cheekily asked for more gherkins & olives and got a huge tub to the side. Will definitely be ordering again!

  2.44pm 12nd Jan 2026...... All I can say is terrible and shame I had to leave 1 star. The most ignorant member of staff possible. Ordered and told to collect at 2.45pm arrived and waited and waited and waited. Finally member of staff appeared, not even a hello and sorry you have been stood there for so long while I talked away in the back. Order handed over and asked if I wanted a bag. Well yes I paid for one to keep the food warm, shoved at me. Asked for knife and fork, got and handed over and not a word of thanks. Sorry I came in and disturbed you chatting out the back ! Parked outside drove home less than a minute. Food paid for baked potatoes with beans and cheese and extras Peperoni, bacon, double cheese and double beans. Both had zero heat in food the Peperoni wasn't Peperoni most likely Salami. One had no bacon on it and both had next to no cheese on them or beans a lot less than I would normally get on a normal potatoe. The food most of been cold before even added the toppings. Normally the beans and cheese would have melted together ! One mouthful and the rest went on the bin £15 for the bin. The food most have been prepared straight away over the time instructed to return. As the period of time I was stood waiting could just see it sitting on the bench. Not in a food bag as ordered. Missing loads of extras and cold........ If the girl working there worked for me i'd play back the cameras and have her on a written warning. Totally wasted my money and won't be back. Terrible service and food...... at least if out the back apologise for ignoring your customer. If hadn't paid for the food would have walked out waiting. Really wish I had over having to find space to bin this rubbish. Been to a good few Subways and if today had been my first use of one it would be my last. Would have had more nutriment and warmth out of a packet of crisps and more customer service from a self check out machine !
