  20 mins for 3 ‘hot’ items to all arrive cold, with very little filling in them (silly me thought a chicken sub was meant to have some chicken in it, evidently not?), is not it. Especially not when you’re sat waiting for it. Had substitutions for cheese - the slices of plastic cheese work well on jacket potatoes (not), not that the potatoes were hot enough to melt butter anyway… “No milk” for coffee either, after we prompted we were still waiting for one, as if we were meant to know? Staff could not be less interested in doing their work, you could certainly tell when a mate came in - they got served and left with their food immediately, before anyone else. Openly discussing their illnesses/infections while having their heads in the serving counter were extra bonuses. One stroking their beard over the meats was the last straw that put me off my food. Having visited a variety of Subway’s, I can safely say without a doubt this is the worst in the UK.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Wish I had read through all the terrible reviews before I got food from here! Absolutely disgusted at the rude staff member (others have mentioned him in their reviews) how he is still working here is beyond me. Sauces were missing, foot long sub was uncut, cold & soggy (asked for it to be toasted, he obviously couldn't be bothered). Portions of sides were tiny & cold, items missing & 1 cookie had bite marks in & hairs on. Never going back. If you're thinking of visiting I strongly suggest you think again! Both the food & staff are vile!!!

  big lad served me a cookie with 2 bite marks and a hair on. by the looks of things he does it quite often

  Walked in, asked the server who was cleaning, if it was closed. She said no were open. Then she proceeded to go to the back to talk to someone else rather than serve me. Waited a while and still not served. Walked out. Pointless store. Last time I was in the store was a tip.

  This subway is like that one weird cousin nobody ever speaks to. Staff was nice enough on the most part but there was one option of bread available, which was arguably the worst one, everything else was also hanging on by its last legs. Asked for one of the two cookies they had available and got completely aired by the lad serving me. I left with a copious amounts of unwanted wholewheat stuck in my teeth (wanted white bread). Does subway forget this branch of it exists? Needs some serious restocking.
