  went in today for my break I work in the same street. The girl who was serving never seen her before was very rude normally the service is amazing but the attitude she has was uncalled for didn’t even ask if I wanted my sub with cheese and toasted just took it opon herself to do it and when asking what salad I would like she just shifted the sub from the baking tray and gave me a dirty look ( basically asking what salad I would like) I don’t like putting reviews but I go to this subway a lot and so do my coworkers not anymore definitely not if I’m being served by her ( she was a small Indian girl ) for a food service with face to face customer interaction you would think they would be trained at least on manors please and thank you cost nothing

  Went into this subway and ordered a big cheesesteak toasty and wanted to make alterations to my order and the Indian man in the shop started arguing with me and was very rude I always get the same order from different subways and the workers are always lovely and polite but I had to argue with him to get my order right because he couldn't be arsed with the off chance that some lettuce spilt on the oven and he has to clean it when he finally made the sandwich it was cut poorly and wasn't to the same standard as normal subway didn't even have stools dreadful experience would never go again and would even go so far as to claim a refund.

  I got it delivered by uber eats, turns up not toasted at all and stone cold and uncut. awful service

  Worst Subway I’ve ever been to! Bread was all swollen and crisp on one end. I ordered a meat feast sub and he only filled one half of it with meatballs rather than cut them in half and it was the same story with the ham. Subway should be ashamed to call this a franchise ...
