  Brilliant customer service the guy behind the counter was really nice and friendly, food was amazing and up to a great standard and music and vibe in the actual place was mint aswell

  I ordered through the app for collection and as utterly disgraced by not only the service but the salad I received. I arrived for my order on time and could see it was ready. The guy behind the counter ignored me and proceeded to serve a customer who arrived after me. It was only when another customer stated he had a collection that he paid attention to me. This customer arrived after me and at this point I had been waiting for 10 minutes. I paid for a bag which I did not get and the guy practically shoved my salad at me. It was only when my partner felt my box that we noticed that the box was barely filled. I asked for double chicken and received a single portion and barely any mayonnaise. I can even see the bottom of the box. Not nearly enough for what I paid. I’ve had to buy additional ingredients just to bulk it up. I have been to other subways nearby and received three times the portion. I’m actually fuming and will not be returning. Since the change in staff this shop has gone down hill. Do not recommend.
