    A few months ago, I visited this branch and noticed a beef chunk inside the chicken container. I informed an employee named Amjad at the time, and he apologised and removed it. Recently, I visited again and saw the exact same issue — beef mixed into the chicken container. As this goes against my religious beliefs, I politely raised the concern. Instead of taking it seriously, he casually said, “This can happen as we make subs next to each other.” I reminded him that I had already pointed this out months ago. This time, rather than apologising, he said, “If you have a problem, you can eat a vegan sub.” I explained that separate containers, separate spoons, and changing gloves clearly show that food separation matters for allergies, hygiene, and dietary restrictions. Despite this, he told me, “If you have a problem, don’t eat,” then closed his counter and refused to serve me. When I said I would make a complaint, he responded dismissively and mentioned he is okay with it. I have photographic evidence of the beef inside the chicken container. This is a serious food handling and religious sensitivity issue, not just a preference. I request the senior manager to urgently look into this matter, specifically the conduct and behaviour of your employee AMJAD. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

    Tracy was amazing, best service I’ve received ever in all Subway’s I’ve been to. She was so friendly and thoughtful. She paid attention to every little thing in terms of hygiene, changing gloves, ensuring meat and veg don’t mix, unlike some of the other subway I’ve been to. Offered separate bags for nut and non nut cookies. Super polite and professional. Not to forget, she made the subway so deliciously well
