    The number of times I’ve ordered online and they’ve always got something wrong is ridiculous! Either the food wasn’t toasted or it was overly toasted, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, and again the same thing has happened - they’ve given me the wrong drink. Honestly, they need to up their game! I have e-mailed several times but don’t think they know how to reply back.🙂

    The atmosphere was calm, and I appreciated not having to queue. The customer assistants were generally polite as well. However, as a regular Subway customer who often orders the chicken chipotle both in MK and elsewhere, I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I was informed that staff have been instructed not to fully fill the scoop with chicken to avoid losses. As a result, my sandwich contained noticeably less chicken than expected, with more salad and sauce instead. This was disappointing, as the main reason for choosing this option is the chicken itself. I understand the need to manage costs, but consistency and customer satisfaction are equally important. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning to this particular restaurant

    Couldn't even place an order. I went there said "hey can I place an order." the worker simply ignored me and Continued stocking up. Waited for a few minutes and then just left. It was a woman wearing a cap. AVOID this outdated subway at all costs. One of the strangest subways I've ever attended. I was the only customer inside the subway - 2026 NEW REVIEW
