- SISelina Ilyas3 days ago1.0The worst Subway I have ever walked into. Don’t go if Rebecca is working there. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and shows it to EVERYONE. Her customer service skills are absolutely horrid. She has no manners. She was slamming my bread about and has an AWFUL attitude. She argued with other customers and told me to “shut my gob”. She is disgusting. Other customers were put off also and walked out. Terrible service.
- AIAleena Ilyas3 days ago1.0Would give 0 if I could, Rebecca who works here obviously doesn’t want to work and makes you feel it. Tossing bread about, violently asking “what do ya want” and when I proceeded to ask for a polite worker to make my sandwich she proceeded to say “shut your gob”. Will not be setting foot in this subway again and I suggest no one else does if Rebecca is here. She even put off another 4 customers who walked in after me. DO NOT GO
- KPKerri Prince6 days ago2.0Decided to give this place a go again once the food hygiene rating got raised from 0, and I wish I hadn't bothered. Staff are told to prioritise online deliveries so I was waiting 15 minutes and there wasn't even a queue. The online orders kept coming and I had to keep waiting. 2 stars just because it's not the staff fault that this is what they're told to do and they staff were perfectly nice
