  Popped in for a subway on the way home from work , food was delicious , however service was diabolical not sure what the managers name is it was a girl it said manager , I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years and I would not have her behind my counter never mind as a manager her attitude was awful look like she'd been given the worse news in the world , she had a face like a smacked back side and she didn't smile once , everytime a delivery order come through she would huff and puff , either way , even the fella at the garage smiled on my way out and she didn't even say goodbye smile kiss my backside or anything , the worst customer service I've experienced in , 42 years , I would like someone to get back to me as a complimentary meal on the house would be great

  I would like to submit a complaint regarding my recent visit to one of your Subway branches. During my visit, I experienced unprofessional behavior from an elderly female staff member. Her manner of communication was inappropriate, unfriendly, and she did not show basic courtesy or a welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, this negatively affected my overall experience. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service and a positive attitude are essential parts of the Subway brand. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
