  Ordered takeaway and they changed two of the items we ordered and didn't tell us. One of these items was replaced for one with nuts which my partner is allergic too. Wouldn't recommend here.

  This is my favourite branch of Subway. The staff are friendly and always greet me with a smile. I've never had to wait very long to be served. Big shout out to Tracy who is always smiling and cheerful she makes a great sandwich too.

  Quite disappointing really. No organisation from the staff. Waited about 25 minutes from entering to eventually get our food, which the lady forgot about half of it even though she had charged us and had to be reminded. Although I will say it was only 1 young girl doing it all, doing delivery orders and in person, doing all the food preparation such as breads and fresh meats while all other staff were either in the back doing whatever or walking off. One staff member left during the rush and didn’t even tell anyone he was going, never came back. Food hygiene in that place needs to be checked. No swapping of gloves, equipment not clean, cross contamination of all the foods, just all round gross. Slow service, I blame management for how poorly this place is ran. Needs sorting, won’t be returning unfortunately.

  Slow service. But the worst bit, same pair of gloves just touched sausages ham and meatballs, then picked up a wad of cheese and got what she needed, then put the rest back with the rest of the cheese. Great for veggies! Same gloves went on to touch all salad too.
