  2 times in like 10 days same guy telling me place is not ready to serve need come back in 15 min i thought u opening 7:30 not 7:45

  PLEASE, do not give them business. We walked in today at just gone 11:20 or so for a quick bite after a long travel. We stood where you order for around 2 to 3 minutes and a guy poked his head out, eventually came out and asked what we wanted. As I was ordering, may I add not once did he look up or even make eye contact, something on the till distracted him and he walked off as I was speaking. I was taken aback, and he then walked off into the kitchen and came out with his phone and he proceeded to call someone on loudspeaker and speak to them whilst I was stood there. Unfortunately I had no idea what was so urgent that he had to stop serving customers as I also couldn't understand the language he spoke in. Sadly I didn't get his name as I walked out at that point after standing there for minutes while he had his seemingly super important phone conversation in front of my face. He had black hair which slightly reached his eye, olive/tanned skin, South Asian looking. Managers, please do something about your members of staff this is honestly unbelievable I've never seen anything like it in my life

  No jacket potatoes at LUNCHTIME (I’m Gluten intolerant so went out of my way to go here. Staff not bothered.
