    I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway outlet. I ordered a smashed falafel sub on Italian cheese and herb bread, but the entire process was extremely disappointing. The staff member preparing it seemed completely uninterested and didn’t even let me finish explaining what toppings and preferences I had before wrapping it up. There was no attention to detail or basic customer service. On top of that, the Italian cheese and herb bread was clearly not fresh and wasn’t toasted properly, which ruined the overall taste and texture. The sandwich felt rushed, poorly made, and careless. Overall, a very unprofessional experience. Definitely not visiting this outlet again.
