    Please change gloves between making sandwiches, your staff member gave change from the till to another customer without changing gloves before making my sandwich.

    Such a bad experience today on this subway I’m customer of Whittington subway from last 10 years all staff nice polite and welcoming. But today's Saturday 20-12-2025 2 to 3 pm staff Asian with baldness such a rude misbehaved attitude he have he called his self Muhammad because on my insist he doesn’t tell his name . He never deserves this type of job with this attitude so from today t . I totally banned this subway

    Ordered online and item was out of stock, they called and pressured me to cancel the order so they wouldn’t have to refund me. Was previously a semi-regular but now will never go back. Absolutely terrible business practice please avoid.

    Worst subway experience ever from start to finish. Way lower than subway standards. The subway was wrapped very poorly, not packed on sides at all, fillings not stuffed in properly, all fillings were falling out making it extremely difficult n inconvenient to eat. When I stepped in, multiple times I mentioned to the staff I want a vegetarian sub and still when she picked up the bread she asked me which meat I want. Even when I asked for the cookie, she wasn't getting it right. Absolutely unattentive, untrained staff not knowing what they're doing. Plus they had so much attitude and arrogance not accepting mistakes. Utterly disappointed.
