  For the love of god tell your staff to put more than one piece of pepper and 3 pieces of olive in the subs. Recently there have been hardly any fillings and it’s always from one man who wears the subway bandana in particular.

  These guys cope incredibly well with the lunch rush, their system is well organized and splits mobile and kiosk orders efficiently which I'm sure helps immensely. In particular, I think it was Mirza? (I didn't get to read it super clearly, I'm sorry if that's incorrect!) He's doing a bang-up job and listening to customer requests attentively and with consideration. Real cutie patooties in here thank you for being my go-to in the city.

  I’ve noticed that the coffee machine is often shut down well before closing time, and it’s quite frustrating. Customers expect the full menu to be available until you officially close, especially for something as simple as coffee. It would really improve the experience if the machine could stay on until closing, or at least if there were clear communication when it’s no longer available.
