  Went in today 19.03 at around 1pm for two footloong create your own BMT , horrible experience. I've asked the lady from front counter for two footloong create your own BMT, asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread , she proceeded to bring the Italian bread , asked her again for herbs and cheese and finally got it, then she asked me which filling and I answered BMT , made me repeat for at least 10 times when she was asking me what meat , what meat ....when I've specifically said for at least 10 times BMT. My wife was assistant manager in one of Subways and she knows very well what filling and names are . Made me feel like a fool in front of lots of people just because she doesn't know the names of sandwiches or what comes in them . If I can rate 0 stars I would. Veggie s in horrible condition, old , not fresh because as I've said my wife was a subway assistant manager and I know very well how a fresh meat and vegetable is . I will avoid this subway, I will complain as well to head office for sure. Also no name badge shown as supposed to be so I don't know who this was .

  Staff are always sat in the back on the phone ( visably watching youtube ) , never paying attention to who is out waiting

  Flies all over the food. Disgusting. Girl serving didn't notice or care when I pointed it out
