    Vah Kya Baat Hai, great service, they know my order off my heart most of the time I didn’t even need to tell them what I’m after unless I’m getting something extra for someone else, staff are great and friendly and hardworking

    “Junaid naal mera experience kaafi vadiya reha. Banda friendly te down-to-earth hai. Gall-baat karan da tareeka simple te respectful hai, jide naal comfort feel hunda hai. Kaam ya responsibility di gall aave, taan serious vi rehnda hai te apna best den di koshish karda hai. Thodi masti-mazaak wali personality vi hai, jide naal environment halka rehnda hai. Overall, Junaid ek reliable te changa insaan lagda hai.”

    Bought a Veggie Delite for £3.99 and found a hair stuck in the lettuce when I got home (photo attached). I called the shop and was told to return — I live 15–20 minutes away but still drove back. Despite this, I was refused a refund or replacement and told it was due to previous complaints, which is unfair as this was a genuine hygiene issue. My previous complaint was also about finding a hair in the food, and I had already provided photo evidence, which is visible in my other review. I even disposed of the food in-store in front of staff after the owner refused replacement. He also refused to give a refund so I will be disputing this amount from the bank. Also, claims about receiving free subs/vouchers are incorrect — I haven’t received any on the app. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just a replacement for food that was not acceptable. Poor hygiene and disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.
