The manager of the Galaxy bridge Street branch is very personable, remembers me (not sure if that's a good thing as it speaks to how often I eat there😂) and is always polite and friendly. It speaks volumes when customer service has seemingly eroded away almost everywhere else. All the ingredients look fresh, staff take care to ensure fresh gloves are worn and the right knife is used, which as a vegetarian I appreciate. It sounds silly but I've seen them not be so diligent in other subways, almost like it's a hassle. I would definitely recommend.
