  The food was incredible, the lady serving us was so lovely, really made our night! the place was clean and tidy, and we were seen to straight away!! (5:30pm ish, New years eve) Thank you so much!!

  I just wanted to provide some positive feedback on the subway In the bp garage on louth industrial estate lincs, as the food is always really good, customers service is incredible, and it's resulted in me now visiting every week at least once as the food and service is very calming... i especially want to shout out specific server who was working last Monday and a Monday a couple of weeks beforehand... i believe her name is sophie ... as she has been incredibly friendly and a pleasure to speak to during service being very approachable and polite ... Which considering the situation The subway was in a couple of Mondays back. Was very impressive to as I don't think I could have kept such a level head ... ( issue with staff , sickness was on the sign at the counter and from what I could tell she was completely on her own thou she said she had help xD )... the team at this subway to credit to the brand... and i just wanted to say thank you to them

  Not really a complaint because all food and everything was good. Just that the person serving me was doing some jobs in the back and didn't notice I was there for about 5 minutes. I get there is a million other jobs to do. Just might be handy to get a bell so the customer can get the attention of the worker. As I said everything else was perfect.
