  If you like being frustrated come here... Saturday lunch time 13:30. Waited in store (not even a big queue when we walked in) for three salads. It took 37 minutes... Most of that time was spent watching 2 (yes TWO) staff, one of whom was the manager, try and keep up with the workload (Deliveroo orders, Pre ordered collection orders and in store orders) in a very disorganised manner. There was no communication or direction being given to the young staff member from the manger and he looked like a rabbit in the headlights set to slow speed. I asked the manager if she was understaffed and she said "very' I asked "sickness"? and to my surprise she said no I'm only allowed 2 or 3 people. Bizarre labour management as they must be missing out on so many sales as people walk out due to the ridiculous wait time, not to mention the refunds requested on delivery platforms due to wait times. A lady, who was already in there when we walked in waited nearly as long as us and she'd pre ordered! Delivery drivers were coming in with looks of shock when they saw the queue and realised their orders hadn't even been started yet. A total car crash. The Franchisees need to get a grip of this store. I'm surprised Subway themselves haven't intervened. Quite simply the worst branch of subway I have ever been in.

  Two staff on a Saturday lunch time!!!!!! (And according to the manager thats all they are allowed) Waited 30 mins for a salad. Will not be going again. Slowest ever Subway I have been to!

  Even though Subway took away all the plant based options, it is still a favourite of mine just having a veggie delight! Always fresh and tastes great

  Customer service is non existent, waiting over 30 mins, poor management of orders. Customers in store are clearly waiting but they decide to also try and handle online orders. This resulted in our toasted sandwiches sitting on the counter for 10 mins going stale and cold. I asked for the sandwich to be re-made but this was refused. I also saw the hap hazard way they were making subs, not changing gloves from veg to meat products! Needless to say I expressed my concerns and it fell on deaf ears. No semblance of an apology. Do yourself a favour and go to Greggs or Costa which are next door instead.
