    I love this Subway ❤️. I stop here for lunch quite often and enjoy how the team knows me and my preferences. Lauren is great at recommending builds. The meals are fresh and always appealing.

    I’m a regular visitor here. The food is the same as every other subway - no problem with quality. But, the incompetency of the staff is almost impressive. I’d say almost every time I come here, there is a staff member who doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing and has a complete lack of customer service skills

    I have never been to a worse subway. It was clear that the staff weren't trained properly, as I had to wait 5 minutes while they struggled to operate the tills. additionally, there was no airconditioning so somehow it was hotter in the shop than it was outside (baring in mind it was 27°C), very very unfair on the staff who have to work there. Other issues: -Bread was overcooked or stale or both. - barely any options for salads -food was left on the side for soo long that it was cold by the time it was served.

    Very poor experience. 1. They didn't have any bread. The only option was to have a wrap. 2. The selection of meats was very limited 3. The employee didn't realise that me and my partner were together so served him fully, until my partner asked him to serve me 4. He didn't even serve me immediately, he decided to change the bin bag by the till and wipe down the sides. 5. I had to repeat my order 3 times 6. The amount of salad given was measly and apparently they have discontinued sweetcorn? This is my second visit to this particular subway and this was no better than the last. Will not be returning.
