  The worst customer services ever, the girl was very rude and she refused even to refund my money back. I had to get a refund from BP instead because, she said she doesn’t know how to do it, and she is the only one in the store. I really wonder how that place is managed, when the person running the store lack the basics of customer service and she doesn’t know anything about the operations. You would better close that place, and if there was a possibility to give you minus stars I would. YOU ARE BELOW ZERO.

  Self service kiosks are slow and unresponsive and block the view of the sandwiches being made. This means that the staff often get the order wrong and it takes much longer to process. If there are more than 2 people before you, expect to wait up to 20 minutes for it to be ready. The staff appear to struggle communicating in English - how are people supposed to learn if all communication is done via a screen?

  Can’t see them make the sandwich anymore so no idea what you’re getting, not a foot long, wrong bread, wrong sauce and no double meat, horrendously dry and hard to get down

  Ordered a couple of subs and jacket potato. Bread on subs was weirdly dry and crust just crumbled everywhere, not at all nice to eat. Jacket potato unattractively served in what appears to be polystyrene but was at least PP5 so recyclable.

  Ordered inside, still took over half an hour to be served. Shocking service, supposed to be fast food. Wouldn't bother next time, I'd rather go hungry.
