I ordered a Subway through the app and specifically selected multiple toppings and sauces, but when my order arrived, it was completely wrong. The sandwich was very dry with almost no toppings and absolutely no sauce, which made it really disappointing to eat.
On top of that, the overall experience wasn’t great. The staff didn’t seem to care much about the order, and the level of customer service felt quite poor. It didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming at all.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what I expected. I hope they pay more attention to orders and improve their service in the future.

Spicy shawarma was out of stock. Tables were dirty. Staff was very interested in chatting with each other, rather than helping us. Bread was old and crumbly. Food was the bare minimum of satisfactory, but it is hanging by a thread. Quite literally.

Ordered the new Sweet Chilli Breaded Chicken Fillet & Bacon, footlong for £9.39 as advertised. Got charged a pound extra for it. There was some miscommunication with the staff too.
