The manager came across as grumpy and unhelpful. We asked for my friend's footlong sub to be wrapped as two separate six-inch portions, but this wasn't done. There were very few basic manners, and the overall atmosphere felt negative. To make matters worse, the drinks machine wasn't working because the gas canister needed changing. Rather than offering a bottled drink as an alternative, despite them being available right next to it, we were simply left waiting while the canister was replaced. Overall, the service felt slow, unfriendly, and poorly managed. Unfortunately, this wasn't the standard of service I'd expect from Subway, and I won't be rushing back.
