  Very good subway. The sauces and vegetables added are very generous and the staff is super friendly.

  Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Came into collect an order I booked for pickup 45 mins after I ordered it and it still wasn’t ready. When I asked about it they were extremely rude, dismissive and were even raising their voices. There were two staff members - one was not wearing gloves and had to be reminded to put the back on, dropped a seasoning container IN THE SANDWICH and did not make a new one - whoever received that sandwich I hope they are well as they’ll probably have food poisoning now. The other staff member was on his phone the entire time laughing doing absolutely nothing. After I complained again he finally made my sandwich. They did not even acknowledge their mistake, nor were proactive to solve it.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY BRANCH!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. These workers are so unbelievably disrespectful, rude and unhygienic. After I made an order, they said they apparently didn’t have it, shouted at me to see the details and then proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, as machines can malfunction, but the rudeness and tone of the workers were terrible! Specifically, there was a skinnier male worker who was making the subs, who tossed a seasoning shaker into a sub without remaking it. This is a concern for hygiene. There was also an overweight male worker with glasses at the back, not making any sandwiches despite mine and several others waiting, who also filled his time by shouting at me for order details. Overall terrible customer service. Do better!

  Ujjal has been very helpful every time I have come to eat at subway which is near enough everyday he has been nothing but helpful best customer service I’ve seen at subway
