    Tanim or something like this is very rude and very aggressive, i wanted to order but he was so intimidating with customers ahead of me and he was just angry he gave a customer’s order to what i believe his friend and he was just arguing non stop worst customer service rude aggressive and one customer asked about a sauce he started speaking in his language to another colleague and they all started laughing this is bullying and a company like subway should NOT tolerate this kind of behaviour the whole experience was so bad i just walked out! Maybe hes new, as i am a regular and only saw him today for the first time, but he needs to be trained on customer service and he needs to understand not everyone has full knowledge in subway sauces and ingredients so customers will ask questions!

    I came in with multiple sandwich orders and got very confused with the mobile app. However the young brunette was incredibly polite and patient. She showed me through the app and explained it as well as making nice conversation whilst making the order. Excellent service 👍🏻👍🏻

    I had a really disappointing experience at Subway Bayswater. As soon as I walked in, I asked if jacket potatoes were available. The staff member said yes, but I’d have to wait 20 minutes which I was fine with. I ordered a tuna jacket potato with extra beans and chicken tikka. However, when I got home, the order was completely wrong. There were no beans at all, barely half a spoon of tuna, and just a few small pieces of chicken tikka. The potato itself was dry and poorly prepared. For £10, this was honestly unacceptable. The portion size and quality didn’t match what I ordered or paid for. It felt rushed, careless, and not worth the money at all. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway in London.

    My experience was very bad they doesn’t know how to speak with customers..one of their employees that black guy maybe he is the manager he is talking very disrespectfully to me ..horrible experience
