- JJJack-hMay 15, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were rude, unfriendly and acted annoyed the entire time for no reason. Customer service was honestly terrible from start to finish. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but being polite and respectful to customers is the bare minimum. Definitely not the kind of atmosphere you expect when paying for a meal.

I couldn’t eat it as I’ve gone back today to tell the team what happened they’re so rude. They said that their food does not do this. They are absolutely lying. Please stay away from this store and I’ll be contacting head office.
