Why would the app send offers to be availed in store, when the store doesn't allow us use it? To add to that, the offer is valid in this store and meets all eligibility.
Kindly review your staff's technical and communication skills they clearly dont speak and understand English and have so many technical issues taht they r only losing customers. Rather shut the branch that ruin Subways name. Anyways they will end us canceling your franchise given such bad service

Giving 1 star coz no option for 0 horribly rude staff with no tech knowledge can't apply offers in store wasting time and money later when I paid full even when offer is there on app they didn't inform amex is not accepted I made payment thrice. Please HIRE KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF or atleast train them besides the woman who didnt even have her name badge and feared a review given her service didn't tell her name. Kindly see who was working in this branch at 12.30pm in New cross gate on 9th May sat and kindly review her performance before people start abandoning subway coz of her being rude and lack basic knowledge and customer skills

Not recommended for visitors... As the staff expressions (customer service) aren't made to deal with the new commers or for first time experience.

The staff here are incredibly rude! I came in to use a 20% off promo on the app, I ordered and went to pay and they said their systems aren't working so I couldn't get any points or claim the 20% off. There was no mention of this prior to ordering, no sign either. 5 minutes later while I was eating, someone else came in and scanned their app? So I really don't get that at all. I also decided to pay an extra 50p for 'stuffing topped' bread. It's literally some tiny flakes of what doesn't really resemble stuffing so don't waste your money on that! The staff were really rude regarding the situation and have zero customer service skills. I would absolutely not recommend going here.
