    This is the best Subway ever! The food is delicious - fresh and tasty. Great standard of hygiene. The staff - Poppy and Ali - are amazingly friendly and efficient. Quick service no matter how long the queue. Always a joy to visit! Thank you for such great service.

    Very disappointing customer service. I visited twice on different days, around 06:30 pm and both times the staff were rude, did not greet me, and spoke aggressively when I asked simple requests. The atmosphere felt hostile and uncomfortable. I will not return to this branch unless management seriously addresses staff behavior.

    This is the rudest service I’ve received in a long while. The product is basically the same but the beyond awkward experience of ordering means I’ll avoid this branch in future.
