    Amazing service at Subway Alperton! We went today there casually and the staff made the experience feel special by suggested great food choices and were very kind and helpful. Really good service and fresh food. Highly recommended!

    Very disappointing experience at Subway ealing Road. They don’t have a scanner to collect or redeem rewards points, which is already frustrating. What made it worse was the staff refused to give me the Cheese & Herbs baguette even though they still had 7 left in stock. Janvi said they were being kept for the next morning and that she had been trained not to use them or she would “get in trouble.” I even suggested preparing fresh bread for the next day, but she still refused. When I asked for the manager’s number, she told me the manager would not be available until next Monday, meaning I would have to wait a whole week just to get an explanation. I also found out they are using yesterday’s baguettes, which is unacceptable. Worst experience — being denied something that was clearly in stock makes no sense at all.

    janvi, they have etalian bread in the rack but janvi give me ans we don’t give you because we using in morning customer. that means we are not customer. i seen 8 bread available in the rake but see refused at 9:45. very bad ans we don’t eating anything and we find another option and we go with upset.

    This is my local subway and the scanner to scan your subway card does not work and hasn’t been working for at least the last 6 years but the staff do not seem worried about sorting out this issue. They will then tell you to go to another subway or order using the app so you can gain subways points or use subway discounts but this just increases inconvenience. I once ordered from the app and they told me they had not received any order even though money was taken from my account and I was showing them the order confirmation on my phone. Every time I order a sub with double filling they only put 1 extra scoop when every other subway adds 2 scoops as it is meant to be DOUBLE but they try and tell me I am wrong. One time I came and one of the workers was carrying a baby in his arms in the subway kitchen which I thought was very unprofessional. This subway needs to be taken over by new management.
