  Had a great experience at this Subway. The store was clean, the ingredients tasted fresh, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. Big shoutout to Islam, the guy who served me. Absolute legend. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience much better with great customer service. Definitely one of the better Subway visits I’ve had in London.

  Came in here to get a philly steak Sub, the lady that served (bansari) was not generous at all. She scooped up the steak pieces and shook it off the scoop where only a thin layer of meat was on the bread and looked disgusted handling beef. Later, When requested to add bit more sauce she refused. There was more salad than meat in my philly STEAK sandwich. The worst branch I've visited. Cold customer service, despite the shop being empty I was shown the kiosk to order even though both were free standing around.

  Subway was busy and has quite a few seats in the seating area. Light, spacious, clean with kiosks to place orders to you can be old school and place the order at the counter. The shop has kept with the subway colour scheme and the menu is digitally on the tv screens above the counter. However the cookie was so stale. We opted for the meal deal choosing between the footlong 6-inch, a snack and a drink. Some of the filling options cost a little more.

  They say they close at 5, but at 3:38 I was there and one of the employees had the doors closed and told me they were closed, even though he was still receiving online orders.
