I had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered a Veggie Delite sandwich, but it was made as a vegan version instead. When I tried to explain the mistake, the staff member named Jahid responded very rudely and even raised his voice instead of resolving the issue professionally.
Good customer service means listening to customers and correcting mistakes calmly, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both communication and customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway today. We ordered a Veggie Delight, but the staff member (named Jahid) made a vegan sandwich instead, which was not what we asked for. When we tried to explain the mistake, he responded rudely and even raised his voice instead of handling the situation politely.
Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience did not meet expectations. I hope Subway provides better training to their employees so they can communicate respectfully and handle customer concerns in a more professional way.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The staff member was extremely rude and actually yelled at me while I was ordering. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with basic respect, but that clearly isn’t the case here. Very disappointing.
