  We love Akshay. The service is quality and not only does he give good service but is a very friendly guy who is always open to a conversation. Food is always banging and I like the new addition of the bowls for the sub if you are eating in. Would 100% recommend.

  This branch needs to be closed down, the staff have no manners or people skills. The food being served is definitely not up to subways standards. Very disappointing!!!

  I am a very regular customer. I visit West Wickham at least 2 twice a month since opening, this was my worst experience at subway this time, The staff were foreign and extremely rude, never saw them before, she didn’t know what she was One female Indian staff Hami, couldn’t cut the bread straight. While spreading the tuna the bread fell apart. When I requested for a new bread, she showed me very bad attitude, her attitude was disgusting, rolling her eyes at me. Telling me she has been there 5 years. When I asked for manager, a male Indian man came out. Then he took over my order, he was just the same. He started to scrape off the tuna from the old bread because the female Hemi told him to. When I asked both of them to call the manager’s phone so I can speak to them. They both spoke to me very rudely and the male Indian staff told Hemi to say manager is on holiday thinking I would not understand. I felt very disrespected and disappointed then left the store I will never return to West Wickham high Street subway as long as these 2 staff are there

  Can't give more than 1, unfortunately the italian cheese and herbs bread was too dry and i could not eat half of the bread because of that. However the old lady was ok, but paying 7.90for a footlong and get that kind of bread i m sorry i should have come back to give me money back but i was on the way home and too hungry. I don't recommend this shop. Thanks !
