  Horrible will never come again.I tried creating my own sub and asked for lettuce to be added to which she refused and ive ordered the exact same from other branches.Unprofessional told me to take my headphones off as she couldnt hear me,she told me to choose from salami or turkey and i chose turkey for some reason she couldnt understand even when i had pointed at the turkey how many times and repeated ,i felt so unwhelcomed and humiliated made me seem asif i didnt know what i was doing and gave me no options Though im the paying customer.

  I visited this Subway yesterday and ordered a Classic BMT meal. The experience was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene issues. The staff member preparing my food — a short Indian girl — did not change her gloves at any point. She used the same gloves to make multiple customers’ orders, went into the storage area with them, handled ingredients, and even picked up a handful of lettuce before dropping it back. I had to raise my voice and tell her to change her gloves before touching my food. This is unacceptable and goes against basic food safety standards. It’s especially unsafe for people with allergies and is overall very unhygienic. This needs urgent attention from management. Until hygiene practices improve, I would strongly advise avoiding this branch.
