  I visited this Subway around 7 PM, and unfortunately, the staff member on duty was very rude and even yelling at customers. I come to this location often, and usually there are two ladies working who are always polite and provide great service. However, this time was my worst experience. I don’t know his name, but the staff member was behaving very unprofessionally. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this place.

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. The order felt rushed, and the quality did not meet expectations. The portion of protein was noticeably small, with a shallow scoop, and some of it didn’t even make it into the sandwich due to how quickly it was prepared. The bread was squashed, and a dirty knife appeared to be used, which is unacceptable. For a footlong, there should be a consistent and fair distribution of ingredients such as cucumber and tomato, but this was not done. What’s most frustrating is that the store wasn’t even busy, so there’s no justification for the poor service. As a paying customer, I expect a certain standard of quality and care. In comparison, the Subway West Ealing branch consistently provides a much better experience and service.
