  Very upset and disappointed with this branch, especially with Anshu, who I received terrible customer service from. Paid extra for double meat but only put 2 and a half scoops instead of 4 full. After questioning this, the “sandwich artist” seemed to become quite enraged and began aggressively and carelessly slamming my salad requests all over the poor peice of bread thus creating an absolute mess of a sandwich and to conclude this horrifying experience the “sandwich maker” makes a hoarse grunt towards me after payment, smashes my sub on the table, and storms off in anger without even a chance to ask for my receipt. Stay far away. Needs to be audited again by food standards agency as I was served steak that wasn’t fresh and witnessed the serving of customers with no gloves. This branch/ specific franchise is derailing what was once a household sandwich chain to the bikini bottom and it’s heartbreaking to see.

  I regret to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. On March 3rd, at approximately 3:00 PM, I observed two staff members handling both meat and vegetables without changing gloves. As a loyal patron who values Subway's commitment to cleanliness and a vegetarian, I have always trusted your brand. However, this incident significantly compromised my confidence. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue was not rectified to my satisfaction, leading me to cancel my order and depart feeling disappointed. For your reference, I was wearing a royal blue coat and brown trousers, and my brother, who accompanied me, was wearing a gray long jacket and glasses. I anticipate a thorough investigation into this matter. This is questionable on matters, vegans and vegetarian or any one with food allergies please be careful next time visit romford mercury.
