  Hetvi is honestly the worst staff member I have come across at the Subway in Park Royal. The service we received from her was extremely poor. The sub she prepared was made very badly — it was dry, not cut properly, and looked like it was put together with no care at all. When we asked for certain ingredients to be added the way we wanted, she simply refused and said she cannot do it, which completely defeats the purpose of Subway where customers are supposed to customise their sandwiches. To make things worse, she charged extra for sauce even though we did not ask for any extra sauce to be added. When questioned, there was no proper explanation and the attitude remained rude and dismissive. The entire experience was frustrating and very unprofessional. Staff behaviour like this is exactly what drives customers away and damages the reputation of the brand. If this is the standard of service at Subway Park Royal, I would definitely avoid visiting this branch again. Very disappointing experience.

  Hetvi, the staff member at the Subway Park Royal branch, gave one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment she started preparing the sub, her attitude was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. The sandwich was made very carelessly, and when I politely asked if some ingredients could be adjusted slightly (less of one item and a little more of another), she responded in a very dismissive and rude tone saying she cannot do it. Subway is supposed to be a place where sandwiches are made according to the customer’s preference, yet here the staff member made it feel like asking for a simple adjustment was a problem. Instead of helping, she made the entire experience uncomfortable. There was absolutely no customer service, no friendliness, and no effort to represent the brand properly. Staff behaviour like this completely ruins the reputation of a global brand like Subway. If this is the kind of service customers can expect at Subway Park Royal, I would strongly recommend people avoid this branch. Very disappointing experience.
