  No welcome just only have honey oat no sorry or anything very rude and no bread the other lady is who works is lovely and nice this is just rude it's a shame

  I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Subway. I clearly ordered a vegetarian sub and specifically mentioned that I do not eat meat due to my religious beliefs. Despite this, the staff member proceeded to make a chicken sub. What made it worse was that I noticed they hadn’t even changed their gloves after handling meat. I politely requested them to change gloves before preparing my order, but this basic hygiene and respect for customer preference was completely ignored. As someone who avoids confrontation, I chose not to argue and ended up throwing the food away. It’s frustrating to pay for something you cannot even eat because of staff negligence. This isn’t just about getting an order wrong — it’s about respect, hygiene, and understanding dietary restrictions. Very poor service and a complete lack of attention to customer needs. I won’t be returning.

  On 20th April, 2026, around 1pm came to this branch for sandwiches. One of my friend kindly ask about the items, but the server lady named Avantika rudely shunned us by saying “if u are buying it then only I’ll tell” which was very absurd & ruined our morning. She later kindly behaved with a white lady but very absurd to us because we were Indians. Please do take immediate action

  Very disappointing experience at Subway Rayners Lane today. I asked a staff member, Avantika, about an item because I genuinely did not know what it was. Instead of helping politely, she responded rudely and said, “Don’t waste time. If you want that, then I will tell you.” I would have buy it if she would have told me. I was only asking because I didn’t know. If I already knew, I wouldn’t need to ask. Customers should be able to ask questions without being spoken to disrespectfully. Poor customer service, unprofessional attitude, and made me feel unwelcome. Staff should be trained to treat customers with basic respect.
