1 star is generous for the experience I had here today. I came in for my lunch and the woman serving me, who claimed she was the manager, had a terrible attitude from the beginning. I politely asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and after asking a second time she clearly became annoyed and started squeezing tiny amounts deliberately. Then suddenly she completely covered the entire Subway in sauce to the point it exploded everywhere and became inedible.
When I asked “what are you doing?”, she responded aggressively saying “you asked for more.” I calmly asked for the sandwich to be remade because it was ruined, but instead of apologising she became rude, gave me attitude and started shouting at me in front of other customers. When I asked for her name she refused and said “you don’t need it.”
This is not customer service at all, especially when handling food people are paying for. The whole situation was unprofessional, embarrassing and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and having to find somewhere else to eat because of how horrific the experience was. Staff like this should not be dealing with customers.

I bought the food. This is my first time. The staff were nice and there was good customer service. The food was also really nice.

The level of understanding, service and care differs from each Subway store, that is to be expected of a franchise.The Subway in North Acton Station is amazing in its high standards. As someone with coeliac disease, it is the only place I have ever felt comfortable eating out. They ensure the sub is always carefully packaged.The customer service is also impeccable. The staff are so friendly and understanding.
Staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and warm smile and brilliant customer service really stand out. Staff like them make a massive difference to the whole store.
If anyone wants great service and delicious food made with pride, look for Subway North Acton.
