Horrible customer service especially from the manager Pritpal disgusting attitude towards customers and trying to embarrass me infront of the whole shop. She should be fired from the job and re-trained immediately

Hi we was today visiting this side. i was served by manager Pritipal. She was super nice. Unfortunately I was witness one customer before me was harassing her and another employee. She was very rood. Fortunately stuff was very calm and professional, handled it well . I feeld very sorry for them.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
I ordered a tuna sandwich, and I noticed that the staff member preparing it had not changed her gloves. I had to ask her to change them, which is something that should be done as a basic hygiene standard without customers needing to point it out.
Additionally, I ordered fries on the side, and to my disgust, I found a hair in them. This was very upsetting and completely unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect fresh, clean, and hygienic food. Instead, I experienced poor hygiene practices and a lack of attention to food safety. This has left me feeling both disappointed and uncomfortable.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your hygiene standards to ensure this does not happen again.

Visited a few days ago with a friend and had a disappointing experience We waited 5–10 minutes before trying to get attention, ad the manager was quite rude when asking us to wait. As people working in hospitality, we expected better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel welcoming
