Today I visited subway of high road at 8:50 am for getting a sub … there is a boy I don’t know the name always there is a girl but today i ordered a chicken tikka one with the boy and i think he used old bread and i saw the vegetables he used were frozen not the fresh one , vegetables like onions cucumbers and tomatoes covered with ice layer. Please give training to the staff for serving good stuff. As regulars it’s pretty not good.

I , a young women was verbally abused by a grown man who is a staff at this establishment. I urge no women to go to this branch. This happened around 20:00. I walked in getting a meal for a family member who is disabled, I mentioned my order he gets the bread and already forgets the type of meat I wanted. That is fine, no problem at all. I tell him my order again. Fast forward , he puts it in the oven . The bread is cooked , I then tell him the salad that I wanted . I tell him in little chunks , i didn't just splatter the list of things i wanted . I then didn't say anything and was basically done with the salad section and randomly on his own he was about to add in jalapeños, i tell him "no , not that instead can i just have more lettuce" (if he's going to add in something random might as well add in more of something that has been already added). Anyways , already i can see that he is not paying attention. Whatever we move on. Now we are in the sauce section. I CLEARLY instructed him to add in the chipotle southwest sauce and the garlic and herb. He adds the chipotle sauce correctly then just out of the blue start adding the next sauce. I looked at the sauce and it does not look like the garlic and herb i'm used to seeing , in my head i was thinking maybe the recipe changed or something. As this man is putting the sauce , he all of a sudden stops , like he made a mistake or something . He then adds in another sauce which looks like how a garlic and herb sauce is meant to look like. I then asked him what sauce he just added on if he's now about to add the garlic and herb sauce. He said lite mayo. I said to him "why when i never asked for that". He then attempted to gas light me and twist my own words that came out of my own mouth.I told him that i never asked for that mayo. Instead of apologising as this is a customer service based role , he started verbally attacking me and raising his voice. He continues to say that i asked for mayonnaise when the person i was getting this meal for was disabled and hates mayo. He didn't want to accept that he was wrong. It's interesting how he's filled with ego and pride yet he works at a minimum wage job , he should instead be filled with shame. No parent would be proud of their child growing up to work at a subway. However it all makes sense. If he lacks in basic cognitive skills at a basic job , i can only imagine how he'd be at a job that requires more intellectual thought. People be careful when coming here. I never had a problem before , but this specific staff that I experienced is absolutely aggressive and doesn't know how to communicate with customers. I dont understand how he was hired. Management should fire him.
