  I wanted to leave a review for Harid because his customer service was genuinely exceptional. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. You could tell his kindness was genuine and came from the heart. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. Staff members like Harid are rare and truly make a difference to people’s day. A man with a genuinely good heart and a real credit to the team. Thank you for your outstanding service.

  We visited this Subway late at night and Mr. Islam was extremely helpful. Even though it was quite late, he still provided excellent service, was very friendly, and made sure everything was prepared properly.

  I ordered a footlong BMT. As i was eating the first half i saw a big fly in my sandwich and had to throw it away. i then went back to complain about it but instead of them apologising and giving me a refund due to my loss of appetite, i was then accused lying and was told that they had no flies. i then went back to the bin i threw it in and showed them proof and instead of giving me the refund i requested, he then proceeds to make me another one. I am very disappointed. Not Hygienic at all.

  Had a great experience at Subway! Halal, Fresh ingredients, quick service, and the sandwich was made exactly how I like it. Clean place and friendly staff, definitely coming back 😊
