This place gave me a HALF FILLED SUB. I opened up the sandwich and it was completely empty. 2 little pieces of lettuce and 1 throw of onion. Words cannot explain how disappointed i am. The worker KNEW he was being stingy and still decided to give me the smallest portions. THIS PLACE NEEDS A CHANGE OF WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY FILL YOUR SANDWICH!!

I had a really disappointing experience at Subway in Romford 3 weeks ago. There were two staff members serving, one of whom appeared to be the manager, and both were quite unhygienic.
The person making my sandwich was using the same gloves for multiple customers without changing them. I had to ask him to change his gloves, and although he did, he made a face as if it was a problem. He then made a tuna sandwich and, without changing gloves, started preparing my salad. When I asked him again to change gloves, he reacted the same way.
At this point, the manager stepped in but instead of addressing the issue, he just gave a look as if he didn’t care and said the gloves were “new” without actually changing them. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the sandwich itself was poorly made. I ordered a footlong, but it was cut into uneven, squashed pieces. When I opened it, everything was falling apart, which made it really messy and unpleasant to eat.
The overall attitude of the staff was rude, and I genuinely felt like walking out without paying. What’s even worse is that the next day, a friend of mine went there and experienced the exact same issue ..unhygienic practices and rude behaviour.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. There are just there to earn an hourly wage not to provide any service or good food.
