The staff completely lacked basic customer service — no meet and greet, no proper way of taking orders, and a very rude and unwelcoming attitude throughout. They seemed least bothered about our order or requests and responded with rude and sarcastic remarks, which felt highly unprofessional. This was not a one-off incident; I have experienced similar behaviour here on multiple previous visits as well. Customer service is a key part of any food outlet, and sadly this branch falls far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff.

Gave the benefit of the doubt at first but had this refused on three separate occasions so assuming it's intentional now. Actually puts customers in a position where they're now out of pocket, so will give up with this Subway.
