  I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this Subway because of an employee named Parth. His behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable for someone working in customer service. From the moment I started ordering, he had an aggressive tone and a very arrogant attitude. Instead of speaking politely and respectfully, he was using inappropriate language and behaving in a hostile manner. As a customer, I expect basic respect and decent communication, but unfortunately Parth showed neither. He seemed irritated for no reason, was impatient while taking the order, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. His bad attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined the visit. Customer service is one of the most important parts of any restaurant experience, and employees should know how to treat people properly. Speaking aggressively and using bad words with customers is absolutely unacceptable. I was honestly shocked by how disrespectful he was. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and provides proper training or disciplinary action, because behavior like this damages the reputation of the restaurant and pushes customers away. I would not recommend visiting this location if this kind of attitude toward customers is tolerated.

  This subway is worst i have never seen when i go for order the staff is very rude he was using bad words,impolite,aggressive,and arogant with bad attitude please action who is guy the name is parth who is very rude this bad behaviour is not acceptable for drivers and staff

  AVOID. Absolutely horrendous service from the manager when there was hair in my food. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You'll also be verbally abused. AVOID

  I have visited subway yesterday the staff was very unprofessional specially a guy named JAY. it was very racist to Pakistani or Muslims. I highly not recommend should need to boycott this restaurant. And I have seen some paid reviews by them.
