    "I went to this Subway several times, and the customer service was absolutely awful. The staff just stand there, barely acknowledging you—no hello, no basic courtesy—just a cold, "Yes, what?" Every time I went, I got old bread, even when it was early in the day—1 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m.—just stale. I even ordered free cookies once, and they were so hard, like biscuits. Eventually, I asked for a refund, and she just tossed me a small foil packet of slightly better cookies. Honestly, I only go because it's near a car charger, but if I could avoid it, I would. I will never go back and would never recommend it—worst Subway, worst customer service ever."

    I would like to share my experience during breakfast today. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me was quite rude. I’m not sure what the issue was, but despite politely addressing it at the time, the attitude did not improve and I was made to feel uncomfortable, as though I had done something wrong. I noticed her name badge, which read “Irieny” (or similar). I kindly request that attention be given to improving customer service, as such experiences can affect overall satisfaction. I hope this feedback helps ensure a more welcoming and professional environment for guests in the future.

    I was not happy yesterday they dont put the right quantity first amd then the second time all thr wrong ingredients I couldn't eat.it Just think I pay twice the price for th3 extras an I have to put it on the bin
