I came a little while ago, There were two ladies in the morning, I gave my order and if I'm not wrong her name was “Gita”. I asked for a little more salad and sauce, and she responded in a very rude manner, which caught me off guard, cause I was polite about it. I asked for it because the sandwich had more bread to it than anything else, and it looked VERY unappetizing. That was a very rude encounter and I was at discomfort and I hope to whoever this may concern that you train your staff to be more customer-friendly and provide a better service with the food.

the rudest employees I have ever seen I am very disappointed I will never step foot there again I waited half an hour for them to make me a sandwich and then I left without a sandwich.

I use the subway brand as a full time driver, and don’t get many opportunities to park up somewhere for 20 minutes, this is the one branch that I won’t use again.
I’m standing having a look at the board deciding what to order, when a Eastern European lady barks at me, “ Order on the screen “ “screen “
Which I did, but I wished to pay with cash which seemed to put her co-worker out, I had to remind the 3rd worker that she had missed the melted cheese.
You can’t ask them for the salads to be added after as the order on the screen is what they follow. And the minimal of filling.
So rude , ignorant staff , wouldn’t be my front of house. Language seems to have been a barrier aswell. Are you turning into new style McDonald’s. Maybe a course of customer service may help these ladies.
But I won’t be going back to find out!!

I order from subway in Woolwich a lot and this was the best subway I’ve had there, well presented and very quick delivery! Only down side was the salad had an unwashed taste but other than that it was perfect!! Thank you
